His background in business and medical staffing gives him a practical understanding of what facilities need to stay fully staffed and what medical professionals need to build successful careers. His unique combination of business leadership, healthcare staffing experience, and hands on clinical knowledge gives him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by medical facilities, healthcare professionals, and corporate healthcare operators.
As a Registered Nurse, Seth understands the importance of reliable staffing, quality care, and having the right medical professionals in the right place at the right time. His years in the medical staffing business have given him firsthand insight into the daily struggles facilities face when filling shifts, managing urgent staffing needs, recruiting qualified professionals, and controlling labor costs.

Marilyn Stevenson brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Throughout her career, she has worked in a wide variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, physician offices, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and home care environments.
Her diverse background has provided her with a unique understanding of both patient care and the operational challenges healthcare organizations face. Having served in multiple roles across the medical field, Marilyn has firsthand knowledge of staffing requirements, workforce challenges, and the importance of matching qualified professionals with the right healthcare environments.
Marilyn’s extensive experience allows her to view healthcare staffing from both the caregiver’s and employer’s perspective. She is committed to supporting healthcare providers by delivering dependable staffing solutions while ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care.
